MEET THE OWNERS ALMA & BRAD
Brad was born and raised in the Tacoma/Puyallup area. He has traveled the world but his heart has always been in the Great Pacific Northwest. His love for food started at an early age where he would help his father make Sunday breakfast while Mom slept in, to making afternoon snacks for all the kids in his neighborhood. While his friends would watch cartoons, Brad preferred watching Julia Child on PBS. Once he found Justin Wilson and Paul Prudhomme his want to cook as a career took off.

Alma was born and raised in Union de Tula, Mexico. Her path was different, growing up in Mexico her passion for cooking came from her mother and helping take care of her Grandmother, four sisters, and a brother. When she moved to America her passion for cooking grew as her mom was no longer there to guide her she was on the phone constantly, as her mom guided her and better crafted her cooking passion for Mexican cuisine.

Eventually as both Brad and Alma traveled thru life they ended up in Redmond, Washington where they met. Their passion for family and food have lead them to where they are today... the proud owners of Two Busy to Cook Catering serving their local community and Greater Pacific Northwest for 30 years.

Fresh, local, natural, seasonal, organic, grass-fed, and non-GMO foods are what we believe produce the highest quality dishes. We live by these choices; it is the right thing to do for both our farmers and the environment, but also for you our consumer.
Two Busy to Cook Catering takes great pride in working with locally sourced ingredients as much as possible with seasonal menus based on growing regions and fresh ingredient availability.

We work with many local vendors in the region; Macrina Bakery, Happy Donuts, Stiebrs Free Range Chicken Farm, and Bee Kings Honey to name a few.
