We create festive and seasonal dishes all throughout the year. We look at local farms and create menus based on seasonality, availability, and sustainability.
In the spring and summer months, we purchase locally farmed berries and fruits, not only to use in season, but we also create our own preserves, jams, and compotes to use during the winter season.
We look at food trends, seasonal foods, and put new spins on ethnic, local, and classic favorites when building our menus.
Two Busy to Cook Catering is a woman and family-owned business that has been serving cooperate clients in the greater Pierce, King, Kitsap, Snohomish, and Thurston counties for over 34 years.
We pride ourselves on using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delicious menus and supporting other local businesses along the way.
